Before we begin, we have an indexing discussion. This ensure your files will be arranged in a way that’s most convenient for you upon delivery. This also allows us to take full advantage of OCR technology to make things even easier in the future.
OCR stands for “Optical Character Recognition”. OCR enables you to search for any word, number, or phrase inside a PDF document. Because some documents can be several hundred pages, this is a huge advantage for the end user.
You have the choice of physical or digital delivery here. We can send you a link from which you can download all of your files into your database safely and securely or deliver you a physical drive, should you prefer.
Yes we can. We can work with your IT department to get your digital database onto your existing network easily.
Yes we can! We have dedicated staff and special equipment for this purpose. Most large format scans can be done around $1.50, but pricing can vary depending on the project.

No and no. We work exclusively with companies and never with the general public. Our offices are locked 24/7 and only staff has access. This is part of maintaining our Chain of Custody.
